This Is Us3 MONTH/ 13KM/ 30 PORTRAITS,
This Is Us is a photographic project conceived by multimedia artist Maria Di Stefano, curated by Veronica He. Protagonists of the thirty unpublished portraits are teenage girls and boys, born or raised in Italy by parents of different origins, who tell us about the city and reveal themselves in it. This Is Us wants to give voice to their bureaucratic limbo - only reached the age of 18 they can apply for Italian citizenship - publicly stating the complexity and richness of their individual heritage.
